Our platform allows users to submit requests, after which our team will contact them to proceed with the required service.

2. No Payment Collection on Website

Tarkhys does not process online payments. Customers submit requests through our website, and our team will reach out to finalize the process, including any applicable fees.

3. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations

Customers may cancel their request before the processing of their vehicle registration begins. Once the service request is in progress or has been submitted to the relevant authorities, cancellations may not be possible.

3.2 Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method or another agreed-upon method. No refunds will be provided once the service has been successfully completed.

3.3 Returns

4. Accuracy of Information

Customers must ensure that all details provided for vehicle registration (such as vehicle details, ownership documents, and identification) are accurate. Tarkhys is not responsible for delays or rejections due to incorrect information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tarkhys acts as a facilitator for vehicle registration services and does not have control over government approvals or processing times. We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or penalties imposed by regulatory authorities.

6. Changes to Terms

Tarkhys reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review these terms periodically.
